In case you guys didn’t notice, I’ve stopped doing meal prep for the time being…


WHAT I EAT IN A DAY
In case you guys didn’t notice, I’ve stopped doing meal prep for the time being and have instead just been eating intuitively. And apparently that means lots of snacks and by snacks I mean rice cakes 😂. This what a typical day of food looks like for me now, because let’s be honest I always fall back on a few of my favorite recipes and combos.
1. Pre-workout snack: toast with almond butter and 1/2 banana
2. Post-workout brekkie: pumpkin spice protein oats w/ 1/2 banana
3. Lunch: spaghetti squash with homemade tomato sauce and parmesan
4. Snack: white cheddar rice cake with guacamole and pico
5. Dinner: salad with cucumber, tomato, tuna, tahini dressing, corn, avo, and pumpkin seeds
6. Dessert: caramel rice cake and dark chocolate
.
(Does anyone else snack as much as I do?😬)
