Push up position plank + resistance knee drive
3×6 each leg

Single leg stiff leg deadlift w/ back leg stabilizing
3×8 each leg

Incline DB Bench press with tempo
3 seconds down, 3 seconds pause, explode up
3×10

Walks – Variable carries (suitcase kettle bell 1 hand, bottoms up other hand)
3x down and back
