This is our 10 Pounds in 10 Weeks workout program, it is a 10 day split. Below you will see the workout program and the days that you should workout. It is essential 2 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off, and repeat. You’ll notice there is no cardio or ab workouts built into this program, it is up to you if you would like to work these into your days off or not. If you’re eat properly and follow this guide you will gain 10 pounds in 10 weeks (one week would be 11 days instead of 7 due to the 10 day rotation of the program). Take before and after pictures and measurements and share them with us we love to see the results! Also we included links to our YouTube channel, we created playlists for each days workout so if you are unsure of how to perform the exercises for that day you can watch them right on YouTube.
As far as supplements go while doing this workout you would definitely benefit from using BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) to help with your endurance during your workout, I recommend that you take one scoop of Aminolast mixed with 16oz of water while you are working out. You would also benefit from using a pre workout. While there are many different options out there my go to as of late has been Mr. Hyde by ProSupps. This pre workout has really given me the energy to finish my workouts! Lastly you don’t want to overlook using protein! I have been using Cor-Performance Whey Protein by Cellucor I’ve found that its not too thick or filling that it makes me feel sick yet contains 25g of protein per scoop.
